Our CrossFit Lite classes are a pathway into our main CrossFit classes, for those who are starting from a low fitness level or are unfamiliar with the movements we may use in the main classes. The CrossFit Lite classes will gradually take you through the foundational movements we use in the CrossFit classes, in a smaller group an under the watchful eye of one of our coaches.

Workouts will typically involve less complex movements with an emphasis on mastering the technique to set you up for a consistent rate of progression throughout the CrossFit Lite classes and beyond.
