Our endurance classes have been a mainstay of our timetable since we opened. These classes are designed for people who really want to focus on developing there stamina and cardiovascular endurance, and makes use of bodyweight exercises, dumbells and kettlebells and cardio equipment such as rowers and assault bike to give you a powerful and effective workout.

Over the week your workouts will be varied in length duration and intensity, put together in a structured way to maximise both your aerobic and anaerobic development. The programming will also develop your strength endurance, improve your movement patterns and help protect you from injury, making it an ideal supplement to endurance sports outside the gym such as triathlon.
