Our CrossFit classes are our most popular class and combine traditional CrossFit methodology with expert coaching to allow you to develop all 10 components of fitness. Our CrossFit classes utilise your bodyweight, dumbells, kettlebells, barbells and cardio equipment, to give you a workout that develops your strength and conditioning.

Our coaches will take you through the entire class from warm up to cool down. Helping you too develop not just your raw work capacity, but also the technique and skill required to perform movements safely and to master new movements you never thought possible.
