Our Olympic Weightlifting programme is run by coach Mahmoud, a competitive international weightlifter with many years training and coaching experience. Our Olympic weightlifting programme is a six week course, run periodically throughout the year. Each course consists of two classes per week, focusing on your snatch and clean and jerk technique.

The classes contain a maximum of ten people, to ensure you get high quality coaching and the attention you need to really develop your Olympic Lifts.
