Our on ramp classes are individual classes to take you from a CrossFit newbie and prepare you for what our classes hold in store for you. These are one on one classes where your coach will take you through all the fundamental movements we use in the classes, as well as raising your fitness level. The one on one nature of the on ramp means the coach can focus on the things you need to work on most and give you the time and attention required on each movement so you are confident enough to perform them on your own.

The on ramp classes are another great pathway into our main classes, with people typically requiring between 2 and 4 classes to help them prepare depending on your current level of ability.
